ABOUT THE TEAM
Inayat' is a team of students from IGDTUW. ‘Inayat’ literally refers to ‘benefaction’. It is an initiative that seeks out and aspires to bring together the driven youth in raising awareness for the efficient implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 7, 12 and 13. We believe that by aspiring to achieve these goals we will contribute towards the larger goal of restoring the wellbeing of our beautiful Earth and eventually of all our species.
ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN- CARE, WEAR, REPAIR
Our campaign “Care Wear Repair” aims at the minimal waste of clothes and promotes sustainable fashion. We are aiming to change the whole idea of our wardrobes. So, we have categorized the wardrobe into 4 parts: Clothes which we use Clothes which we can donate -REUSE Clothes which we are bored of or are not used by use any more due to any reason but are too new/costly to be donated - THRIFT Clothes which are not in a good condition to be donated but can be useful in making items like scrunchies - RECYCLE

Some of the Successful Events:
1. Scrunchy Making Workshop
The event kicked off well as expected. We had an audience of 800+ students.we’ve introduced the main motive of the event “Sustainable Fashion”.There were more than 900 registrations, and more than 800 people attended this event. The enthusiastic participation of the viewers contributed to the success of the event.they were shown a video which explained everything in detail. The video started by stating the common remedies that we follow we have explained what role does clothing play in this particular motive.
2. Give for Good Cloth Donation Drive
Give for Good was a clothes donation drive initiative started by the vigilant team members of Eudaimonia and Inayat. The donation drive started on 25th April 2022 and went upto 02nd May 2022. The team received a lot of support from approximately 200 donors. Both the teams spread the word for donation. A large number of clothes were able to reach the needy with the help of Give for Good drive.
3. Twitter Campaign
Inayat has started it's 4-day long Twitter Campaign "Care, Wear, and Repair" that aims to promote sustainable fashion. A pledge "I hereby pledge to create and maintain strict and sustainable environmental standards, personally and professionally." was taken by all the participating students. Also, a question related to the sustainable fashion campaign was posted each day for 4 days where students tweeted their answers showcasing their learnings and views.
